Education on the issue of single-use plastics is incredibly important and children can play a huge part in taking action on this issue. The Plastic Free Chesterfield Schools sub-group are currently giving talks in schools across Chesterfield borough to talk to children about the issue of single-use plastics and what they can do about it.
Surfers Against Sewage have produced a large number of resources and activities schools can use and get involved in. To request a schools talk in Chesterfield, please get in touch via the contact tab. Or to find out more about Plastic Free Schools, visit the Surfers Against Sewage website.
